As of today I have a word on self-realization.
Let’s take this example.
Thoughts follow a simple rule, the more you feed them with positive energies the better they’ll work on your favor.
Say for instance, if you say that you are not likely to achieve something just because you set your mind that you could not ,your brain automatically gives that challenge away.
It’s not possible to succeed if your inner self is not believing.
The more you spend thinking about how miserable you feel the worse will be the output of your actions.
It’s fine that one day we all feel like crap and there’s nothing we can do about it but as long as you can see that you’re only keeping yourself from being happy and enjoy your life, you’ll see that you have more options.
Sometimes things don’t go the way we wanted to.
Sometimes we face disappointment, frustration and stagnation but it’s all a way of looking at it with a different approach.
If it’s bad it means you can make it better.
Think about it.
